Position Statement
United Cutwater engages and acquires mature middle-market companies with significant upside and a need for financial and strategic resources to achieve an optimum enterprise value for a timely exit. In many circumstances, the business owners can maintain a carried interest during the growth process until an optimal exit strategy is seamlessly implemented.
Through our Merger Precision™ process, we activate unrealized enterprise value through implementing what we refer to as Corporate Strategic Investment. Through this process, we reverse-engineer an optimal exit and then grow the company to maximize the enterprise value and implement a seamless exit through our investment banking partners.
